Call of Duty Black Ops 2: Mob of The Dead Easter Egg

Before even attempting the Easter Egg you must complete the mission (Build the Plane) & the use the electric chairs to come back to the prision. Also, to Kill Brutus, shoot at his Head.

To get the Tomahawks/Hells Retriever kill zombies infront of the Dogs on the Wall, which will feed them until they disappear, once all three have been fed the Tomahawk/Hells Retriever will appear in a seceret hole in the wall by “Double Tap”

Now For The Easter EGG!

Activate 5 Skulls
Note: All of the Skulls are in places of the Map you can’t physically go to, so if you can’t find them from my decription, go into “After-Life” look for a glowing circular ball and shock it so all the players can see it.
1. Skull 1: Tomahawk the Skull in Jail Cell at Orignal Spawn
2. Skull 2: Tomahawk Light Post Outside of Warden’s Office Window where Speed Cola is
3. Skull 3: Tomahawk Skull on the Docks, if coming down the dock ramp make a left, then another left, then it will be on the opposite side of the water on the other dock.
4. Skull 4: Tomahawk Skull by Juggernaut, if looking at Juggernaut turn around and look above the cave you will see a lamp post throw your Tomahawk at the middle lamp post.
5. Skull 5: Tomahawk Skull on the Roof, when you go on top of the roof, it will be in the far back left hand corner, on the roof across from you.

Get The 3 Spoons
6. Tomahawk Poster in Jail Cell outside of the Warden’s office, on the right hand side.
7. Spoon 1: Go into After Life outside of the Warden’s office (where Speed Cola is) and you will see a hallway that is directly unlocked, go in there and shock that spoon.
8. Spoon 2: Next to Claymores look to the right, there is a big boarded off opening (you can’t miss it), when looking through that opening to the left there is a table with a spoon on it, throw your your tomahawk at it.
9. Spoon 3: Upstairs in Bathtub by Mystery Box
10. Before You Pick Up Blundergas: Make Sure Everyone in your party is Silent because I’m not sure if the prisoner numbers change or not, I dont think they do, but just incase. Pick Up Weapon from Warden’s Office (Listen for Prisoner Number)

11. Set The Lift Numbers to the 4 Prisoner Numbers:
• 101 if done correctly goes to 011
• 872 if done correctly goes to 728
• 386 if done correctly goes to 863
• 481 if done correctly goes to 814
*Once All 4 Have Been Entered Correctly a Cut-Scene will play

12. Collect The Headphones
Headphone 1: In Doorway as you go back upstairs from elevator
Headphone 2 Location: Make a left at Hell’s Retriever
Headphone 3 Location: In the hallway by the Cell Block door you pay to unlock between Warden Key Spawn Locations
Headphone 4 Location: Up the Cafeteria Stairs
Headphone 5 Location: In the Doorway to the Rooftop

Getting on The Plane
13. Once on the Roof Add Your Part to the Plane
Important: Take Your Time on this Final Part!
14. Players have been reporting of a “Glitch” for this last part: All 4 Members Enter After-Life then once everyone is directly behind the plane click “X” to Go on to Plane.
15. You will fly over to Bridge in “After-Life” Mode, Revive your player. Note: If there are any Zombies or Brutus kill them, you should then see the achievement worth 25g.

Call of Duty Black Ops 2: People We Don’t Like

If you do any of the following things, please stop the entire Call of Duty community hates you.

DDOS Attack or as it is commonly referred to, being lagged out of a match. Recently this has become more prevelant in the Black Ops 2 League Play community. It has been showing up more then ever so bad kids can make Masters Division. Which I don’t understand because it’s like “Yes! I made Masters Divison now I can get raped by people whose Masters Division Rank is legit.”

People who leave in a League Play match. I can’t stand it when people leave in a Hardpoint game because the team is down by 40seconds after the first two hardpoints. If you control the next Hardpoint the score is all tied up! The best is the people who leave just because they are playing a team. Honestly my team could be the school of the blind but because people see a team they would leave at the start of the game. Stop Playing League Play if your going to back out the second you see Masters Rank on the other team or that your playing another team!

The kids with “MLG” as their Clan Tag. First thing I say to them, “Yo bro how was Dallas” or “Tough loss in Hollywood dude” Take MLG out of your Clan Tag, you’re not pro. If Clayster, Parasite & Scumpii don’t have MLG as their Clan Tag, then you shouldn’t either.

The YouTubers with 100+ Kill videos. I rarely play public matches, it wasn’t until a week ago I played a public match with a friend who wanted to warm-up. I decided to just mess around and quick scope. I am an average quick scoper at best, and I was dropping 30 Kills easy the public is that bad at this game. So please, just stop it with the 100+ kills, nobody wants to watch it for 10000x time.

I felt like ranting about various people that I can’t stand. I’m sure there are more, I just can’t think of at this moment.

 

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Search & Destroy Class & Tips

Everyday as I’m playing League Play I notice a major difference between the loadouts I see some of the Best MLG Pros use and loadouts used by those in League Play. Let’s Face it, the 10 point system is really a 4 point system for most of us, because we use the same 6 Points for every class.

Gun
Attachment 1 & Attachment 2
Perk 1 = Flak Jacket
Perk 2
Perk 3 = Dead Silence
Total = 6 Points Used ~ 4 Points Remaining

Perk 1 & Perk 3 mentioned above are the only 2 things that are a MUST for S&D and should Never be changed regardless of the Map

How you allocate those 4 remaining points depends on the Map and are you on Offense or Defense. The impact of the correct use of those last 4 points to best suit your class is what can put you from Silver to Platinum or even Gold to Masters Division. We are reluctant to change but I promise make some of these changes and you will notice a major improvement in your game. The following are common mistakes I have noticed in playing Search & Destroy League Play if you want my map by map recommendations let me know.

1. Take Out Fast MAGS, Put Extended Mags (SMGS)

Reasoning: Extended Mags Adds on Average 8-10 Rounds to each magazine. If you killed someone with your original magazine, then when extended mags comes into play you still have enough to kill one more person, where as with Fast Mags you would be reloading. There are 4 People and No Respawns, how many times do you plan on reloading in a round?

2. Add Cold Blooded to a Class.

Reasoning: You will run into a person or even an entire team using MMS and you will thank me. On top of that, with Optic Gaming Trend setting, more and more people are using Dual Band in combination with a Smoke Grenade, Cold Blooded also Counters that. Finally, with the recent patch, those who use Cold Blooded will not show up on Target Finder. Before if a person is using Target Finder their crosshairs would turn red just without the box around the enemy, this does not happen anymore. **My philosophy with Coldblooded is not to use it, but have it available, so if I get killed by one of the previous mentioned ways, then next time I’m going to get you. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me.

3. Don’t Use an Optical*

Reasoning: Most of the time people who use an optical also need Primary GunFighter. To put it in perspective, instead of a Red Dot, EoTech, or ACOG which are costing you 2 Points now with the addition of Primary Gunfighter, you could instead have a Sniper as your secondary if it’s an SMG Class or Dual Wield Kap 40s if its an AR Class. I have an (*) next to it because some of you need an optical to aim, if that is the case then fine, but try it without an optical first, because despite what the stat bar says none of them have an added (noticeable) benefit (ACOG +1% in accuracy).

4. Evaluate your use of Primary Gunfighter

• Reasoning: With the number of In-Depths I have done on the attachments along with all the Videos I have seen from credible sources like @Drift0r it’s hard to believe that “THAT” 3rd attachment is worth 2 points. Based on the simple economic principles of Marginalism, that attachment better be Pack-A-Punching my gun if I’m using 20% of my total points for it. Also, if this additional attachment is “THAT” good of an attachment then what are the other TWO attachments and what are they doing that are more important? Those 2 Points can be used for something that will have a greater impact on the game, either the addition of a Perk such as Awareness for when you’re Defending or Dexterity when your on offense.

Final Thoughts:
Take notice of your team and the other team’s strategy and have audibles and be able to adapt. The teams that do this are the teams that are able to come back from being down 3-0. There are so many teams with just one strategy for each map and do the same exact thing every time, so instead of complaining and bitching when you die, take notice of where/how you & your teammates died and be ready to counter it next time. Also, create a rushing class! If it’s 4-4 or 3-3 and you haven’t been won a round on whatever side your on, then now would be a great time to implement it. Fast hands can be extremely useful for your rushing class and make sure each person on your team has Flash, Stun, and Emp this will cause absolute chaos. Now your 4th person should be going the usual route and throwing a sensor & regular grenade within the first few seconds to make them think you’re doing the same strategy. Finally, be patient! If the bomb is planted MAKE THEM DEFUSE if you’re the last alive! Don’t Challenge them! Once your dead the bomb is defused no matter what. So if there is 2 people left, wait it out (Don’t forget about your grenades if you have any Lethal or Tactical) and charge with about 12-13 Seconds left with your objective being killing the person defusing the bomb so if/when you die it will leave them not enough time to defuse the bomb.

Black Ops 2: Online Seeding Tournament

What Can be learned from the MLG Dallas Online Seeding Tournament?

The Black Ops 2 MLG Dallas Online Seeding Tournament has been an adrenaline rush every second of each match. As word got out that out the match between two top pro teams FEAR vs. Fairko was heading into the 11th and final round of Search and Destroy with a Championship Bracket seeding at Dallas on the line, both anxiety from players and fans alike and viewership soared. Remember this is just a seeding tournament; when the stakes are for a spot at CoD XP and a chance to win a million dollars, then moments like Unite’s Clayster kill on Thrust’s Bobby with 10 seconds left to stop Thrust from a returning/capturing their flag can be life changing.

Live streaming via Twitch.TV on MLGCOD and around the clock coverage by eSports have made the players more accessible. As fans we get invested in “our” team and the characters on each, the more exposure the fans have to the players the greater the chances are that each fan discovers a player on a team they can relate to. Although there have been some bumps in the road due to the online qualifier, like the DDoS attack on coL’s Teepee and the “host advantage” but these can all be improved. Even though there have been some setbacks, the pros far outweigh the cons so expect to see more online qualifiers.

As far as professional players and members of the community complaining about rules, and league play, here are a few things to consider.

  • Rules: Everyone knew the rules before the tournament started in fact some of the professional players who are now complaining about the rules helped make them. The fact that Dual Wield attachment was allowed is baffling it makes the gun a non-skill weapon, it’d be like if Modern Warfare 3 allowed dual FMG9s in competitive play. Same idea with shotguns, imagine if the Striker was allowed in competitive play? These weapons have no place in competitive play yet nobody seemed to care when having the discussion about the rules. Unless the rules do get changed or a patch comes out then you must make adjustments, because that is what it takes to stay on top. Complaining about these rules not only makes you look like a sore loser, but it’s also unprofessional when not done in the correct forum and manner.
  • League Play: Treyarch implemented League Play and for all intents and purposes it has worked fine, but it could use some adjustments as far as the point system is based. However, attacking David Vonderhaar through Twitter and other social media outlets is not going to get anything done. Everyone wants the same to improve the system so that it is fair and cannot be exploited, at the same time with such a large community these opinions on how to go about this can be misconstrued. The fix is very simple and both the community and Treyarch would benefit. Form a committee of captains. The committee could meet once a month and consist of various people from different aspects of Call of Duty community. The committee would consist of no more than fifteen people, each representing a different pro team or elite clan. The committee could come to a consensus of a few (no more than five) improvements to the game, then present those to David Vonderhaar and the team at Treyarch. By doing this, it would create a proper channel for the community to give feedback, but also if something like the League play point system is changed or a rule is changed then Treyarch or MLG isn’t accused of favoring a certain team.

The system isn’t broken, it just needs a few minor adjustments, just give it time and the Call of Duty community will prevail. Until then, be happy it is on the Pro MLG Circuit and who knows maybe try a neutral host like @MLGPuckett

Black Ops 2: Zombies Everything You Need to Know

Main Topics: How to get 4 Permanent Perks, Zombies Ranking System, How to get Free Perk, Carry 2 Tramposteam Parts, PhD Flopper!

Permanent Juggernaut:
Map: Transit (Can be done on any Map with Perks)
Round 1: Get Quick Revive
Let the Zombie Down you: Get Quick Revive Again (Repeat 2 more Times)

Permanent Quick Revive:
Revive Teammate between 15-20 times in a row

Permanent Carpenter Pro:
Kill a Zombie while they are destorying a barrier while the Carpenter Perk Drop is still building barriers

Permanent Dead Shot Daquiri
Get a certain amount of Headshots, I’m not sure if this is in a Round, A Match, or another thoery is everytime you hit a certain Headhshot milestone you get it. I believe though it is 75 Headshots in a Match.

Free Perk on Die Rise:
Map: Die Rise
Round: 5-7 (Depends when the Jumpers come out)
Kill All Jumpers with 100% Accuaracy, I recommend NOBODY SHOOTING! If you use a weapon I recommend either a Shotgun or Sliquifier.
If someone dies, let them respawn before grabbing the perk, it will appear next to the max ammo
Easiest way to do this Challenge:
1. Create Tramposteam
2. If you are looking at the elevator from the tramposteam table, everyone get in the corner THEN set up Tramposteams to the RIGHT of the ELEVATOR directly in front of you in a line. 3. You can also knife, use grenades, and claymores etc. Just not allowed to shoot & MISS a SINGLE SHOT. Be careful with grenades they will destroy your tramposteams.
4. This can be done each time the Jumpers come

Tramposteam into Mystery Box Spot 1 on Die Rise
1. If you set up your Tramposteam directly in front of the entrance and kneel on the Tramposteam, you will be launched into the room.
2. By doing this, you can get both the Free Perk + Mystery Box Gun

Die Rise: Carry 2 Tramposteam Parts:
If one of your teammates jumps down without a part, you can still make the tramposteam. Just keep swapping parts down the esclator. As your doing this drop down to Tramposteam room, your other part should fall down with you. Now you only need 2 people to build Tramposteam and dont have to worry about randoms grabbing parts!

My Die Rise PhD Flopper Strategy:
1. Place a Tramposteam on TOP of the Elevator, then while it is either on it way up, or* if you have |Whos Who| jump down the elevator shaft and try getting into it from there
2. Person with |Whos Who| jumps on top of Elevator as it is coming up. Next, a person calls it down with anothehr key. And you see if u can climb/jump into it that way.

Zombies Ranking System:
Based on Your Kill:Death Ratio after you hit a certain # of Rounds, so you can’t just play 1 Game get 200Kills have a 200 K:D
Here are the Ranks I have figured out so far (I just started calculating ranks last night)

  • Blue Eyes = KD
  • Knife = 300+ K:D
  • Slashes or Tally Marks  = Rounds Per Death

Q: Should I buy the Season Pass?
A: No. Shocking, coming from me I know, given the fact that I will always look for the best deal possible for my readers. However, the Season Pass is NOT worth it. Why? You are saving $10 total. If there is 1, JUST 1 DLC ($15) that you do not want, you just lost $5 and by Call of Duty’s history the DLC get’s worse as the “Season” goes (Think of it as Movie Sequels). For the Weekend Warrior GameBattles players, historically DLC Maps were NEVER used in Modern Warfare 3. I say buy the Revolution DLC because it includes a Gun the “Peacekeeper“. Revolution DLC MIGHT be on the circuit due to the direct correlation with the MLG announcement, but take my word for it, future DLC maps will NOT be included on the MLG or EGL Circuit. Also, you are losing money if you already bought the 1st DLC! So DEF don’t just now decide to buy the Season Pass.

Final Verdict

Should the Average Gamer buy the Revolution DLC? To be honest, I never played Zombies once in my life. Before you Multiplayer GameBattle Go-Hards exit screen left, just relax and read. Whenever my friends were playing it, I would just back-out, and tell them to stop wasting time. When taken semi-serious it is a ton of fun, it is challenging and you need to take it some what serious to succeed but Treyarch succeeds in creating an environment in Die Rising and Turned that is loose enough to make it fun. The new maps are great and the Peacekeeper “sucks” and “overpowered” = GREAT!

Black Ops 2: Patch Update on Scar & M27

Both the Scar-H and the M27 have both been buffed (improved) in the recent patch, so I ran some test with the help with of Lethal-Energy’s own Flexiloquent to see whether or not it was a big enough improvement to the guns for you to be using or not.

Scar-H

  • Increased 3-Hit Kill Range
  • Mazimum Amount of Bullets to Kill is now 4

I literally felt bad for Flexiloquent, I ran every test on the Scar-H multiple times (more times then needed) and not because I thought they were inaccuarate but I literally could not believe what I was seeing! The Scar-H does work with a 3-Shot Kill Range of just over 50m not needing 4-Shots to Kill until you get to 60m.As indicated in the patch notes you will never need more then 4-Shots to kill.

M27

  • Increased 4-Hit Kill Range
  • Reduced amount of Bullets to Headshotkill at all Ranges

Men Lie, Women Lie, but the Numbers Don’t. I was in complete shock to see how awful the M27 tested (relevant to the update). I wasn’t expecting it to be the most amazing gun in the world but it’s 4shot Kill Range is 40m and 5 Shot Kill Range is 50m—–. Combined with the slowest Time to kill in it’s class the M27 is pretty awful. Even with the Headshot Multiplier FINALLY being increased to 1.2x (20% Damage Increase) so that it is the same as every other Assault Rifle in it’s class (Minus the M8A1), it still isn’t on par with the rest of them.

Final Verdict

Use the Scar-H I am telling you right now you will fall in love with this gun and you don’t have to worry about it being banned from competitive play (With your favorite attachments EX: Select Fire). If you throw on a Red Dot + Quick Draw + Silencer (Stock is Also Beast with this Gun) and you will be set! The Scar is literally a hose, start using it now and get ahead of the competition. Stay away from the M27, don’t let that accuaraccy fool you into overlooking all the other flaws in the weapon!

 

Black Ops 2: Patch Notes that You Care About

Even though the Patch Notes are posted about which Guns/Perks/Attachments have been Buffed and/or Nerfed some people STILL think “X” Gun was Buffedor Nerfed when it wasn’t.So here are the Patch Notes that YOU CARE about and for the ones that aren’t clear, what they actually mean. I am going to try and organize it as best as I can for you guys 🙂

Sub-Machine Guns

  • All + Silencers: reduced range.
  • Stocks on SMGs no longer allow a player to move faster while ADS than when moving normally.

“All + Silencers: reduced range” – This means that when using a Silencer on a Sub-Machine Gun it will decrease the overall range. I am not sure by how much, however it use to be a 25% decrease while Light-Machine Guns and Assault Rifles were 30% decrease in range. So if I had to guess I would say that Silencers now have a 30% decrease in range on your SMGs.

“Stocks on SMGs no longer allow a player to move faster while ADS than when moving normally” – What this attachment does increases the speed at which you move while aiming down sights (ADS). Before the patch the Stock attachment increased your ADS movement speed from 80% to 102%. Now? If I had to guess, it will allow you to move at 88% of your normal movement speed. Shotguns have an ADS movement speed of 80% and the stock attachment increases their speed to 88% so I would expect the stock attachment to have the same effect on SMGs.

Issue Effects All Weapons but you will notice it the most on SMGS

  • Fixed an issue where bullets would not fire straight immediately after aiming down the sight while moving at the same time.

“Fixed an issue where bullets would not fire straight immediately after aiming down the sight while moving at the same time.” There was an Aim Down Sight (ADS) Delay that Drift0r does a fantastic job explaining. Check out his video, but basically you all have experienced it many times. However, don’t be fooled into thinking your SMG has been buffed! It hasn’t, this ADS Delay has finally been fixed.  

Assault Rifles

  • All: reduced idle sway.

“All: reduced idle sway” – While looking down the scope of the weapon your sights will not move back and fourth as much if at all on some Assault Rifles, which will result in Increased Accuarcy.

  • M27: reduced amount of bullets to headshot kill at all ranges, increased 4-hit kill
    range.
  • Type25: reduced amount of bullets to headshot kill at all ranges, slightly reduced maximum hip fire spread.

“Reduced amount of bullets to headshot kill at all ranges” – Both the M27 and the Type-25 got an increase of their of Headshot Multiplier. Before both their Headshot Multipliers were 1.1x (increases damage by 10%) the only 2 Fully-Automatic ARs with a 1.1x Headshot Multiplier. Now they both are on par with the rest of the Assault Rifles with a 1.2x (increases damage by 20%) Headshot multiplier.

“Increased 4-hit kill range” – Increased the range at which the gun can kill at 4shots.

“Slightly reduced maximum hip fire spread” – Increased the hip fire accuracy

  • SCAR: Increased 3-hit kill range.  Maximum amount of bullets to kill is now 4

“Increased 3-hit kill range.  Maximum amount of bullets to kill is now 4” – This means that the Scar’s damage and range have both been Buffed. Increasing the 3-Hit Kill range will make it more competitive at short range with some of the SMGs (NOT IDEAL) but you won’t get destroyed like you used to.

  • SIG556: Penetration increased from medium to large, reduced burst delay, and maximum amount of bullets to kill is now 4.

“Penetration increased from medium to large” – Walls will have less of an impact on your bullets, allowing the SIG556’s bullets to do more damage then they use to going through walls and at greater angles. Think of it as a miny FMJ buff to the gun.

“Reduced burst delay” – The time between each burst will be shorter, making the time between each shot burst quicker but not the Rounds Per Minute (RPM) still a MAJOR improvement,

  • MTAR: increased 3-hit kill range.
  • SMR: slight increase to damage so that 2 hit kills can still happen with minor penetration, headshot multiplier increased at long distance.
  • FAL OSW + Select Fire: increased recoil.
  • FAL OSW: increased hip spread.

“FAL OSW + Select Fire: increased recoil” – The FAL with Select Fire now has increased recoil or kick, this will decrease your accuaracy.

“FAL OSW: increased hip spread” – When firing from the hip (Not aiming down sights) your accuracy will be decreased.

Light-Machine Guns

  • All: ADS in and out time reduced

“ADS in and out time reduced” – The time it takes to Aim In and Out is reduced. Before the patch it was 0.48seconds. Expect it to be closer to the average ADS In of a Sniper at 0.40 seconds.

Shotguns

  • All: Shotgun crosshairs will no longer turn red if an enemy is out of the shotgun’s maximum damage range.
  • SRM1216: slightly increased short range damage.

Pistols

  • Executioner: increased medium range damage

Equipment

  • Trophy System: increased range

Perks

  • Hard Wired: Players with hard wired are now completely unaffected by EMP grenades.

Scorestreaks

  • Improved turret tracking to eliminate false positives when checking line of sight.
  • Turrets now have smoother tracking when targeting players.
  • Death Machine: 3 hit kill range increased.
  • Dragonfire: health increased, gun spread reduced.
  • AGR: ground speed increased, reduced machine gun close range damage.
  • Warthog: reduced missile delay.
  • Lodestar: reduced missile speed and AOE radius.
  • Swarm: drone re-spawn delay increased.

The Warthog & Swarm were both nerfed, the delay on the Warthog means the missles will not be fired as fast. On the Swarm the Drones will not respawn as fast thus giving players time to find cover faster. The Dragonfire will not be as easy to shoot down, but the circumference of the gun will not be as big as it use to be so you will have to be more accurate. The Death Machine got a buff and you will find yourself getting a lot more kills then you used to. The Lodestar got nerfed the missles will not be shot as fast and the area that is effected by will be reduced.

Minor Changes

Black Ops 2: When is the Patch Release Date

Why do I Expect the Black Ops 2 Patch to be Released on January 24th at Midnight? By releasing the Patch on the 24th it allows the public the entire weekend to update before League Play Season 3 is expected to start on January 28th followed by the DLC release on January 29th. Now, Treyarch could always push back the start of League Play Season 3 until the Friday Febuary 1st, which would make sense to the average gamer but no to some folks at Treyarch and their MLG partners. Starting the new season on a Friday giving the community to get a few days to get use to the new DLC especially the Peacemaker (DLC Gun) would be useful. However, I invision Treyarch using MLG’s Call of Duty Team Scrims Stream to market League Play Season 3 and the DLC, this stream airs Monday through Friday 7:00pm to 9:00pm. That being said, barring some unforeseen problems with the patch or negative feedback from the pro teams that are testing it out because this patch is being made for MLG & League Play I stick with my January 24th Midnight Prediction.

Black Ops 2 on MLG Pro Circuit 2013

Black Ops 2 being on the MLG Pro Circuit in 2013 will directly impact the entire Call of Duty Black Ops 2 community. Although it has only been announced for the first two events, ask UMG about their recent UMG 10k turn out… Black Ops 2 will be on the Circuit for the entire 2013 season starting in MLG Dallas. How will this impact the average Black Ops 2 gamer?

David Vonderhaar (@DavidVonderhaar) tweeted at 0:11 AM on Sun, Jan 20, 2013: “Still at work doing that final grind on the next update. It’s a big one. Nerfs. Buffs. Bug fixes. Features. Dinosaurs. Details to come.”

Here’s My Logic:

The upcoming patch will be 100% geared towards League Play. What I mean by this is something like the Clan Ops Elite Score Glitch that a lot of Clans have been complaining about, won’t get fixed, it doesn’t affect League Play so it will probably have to wait til the next patch. IF that means MAJOR In-Game improvements, then honestly who cares? What’s another month to an already screwed up Elite scoring system? Given what I know from all the In-Depths, Personal Experience and Community Feedback, I’ve come up with a list of what most likely be Nerfed or Buffed.

Nerf: Flat Jacket – Decrease it’s Benefit in Accordance to Blast Radius

Buff: Scavenger – Be able to pick up supplies from own Team not just Enemy Team

Buff: M27 – Damage

Nerf: KSG Shotgun

Nerf: B23R Handgun

Nerf: Claymore – Decrease Blast Radius

Nerf: Target Finder – Decrease the Range at which an Enemy can Appear “Found”

Nerf: Select Fire* – Bigger Penalties on Semi-Automatic & Burst Fire Weapons    *Select Fire will be Banned from MLG on Semi-Automatic Weapons (99.9% Positive)

Change Long Barrel – Can’t be the Same Multiplier for EVERY weapon Class

Buff: Fore Grip – Make it have an effect on Accuracy.

Buff: Assault Shield – This won’t get done, just thought I would mention it.

Final Thoughts:

The real question is what is going to be banned from League play? If they make League Play into a type of MLG Satellite qualifier league that which is what the ESports Article seemed to implying, then they would have to go MLG rules. For anyone who hasn’t played MLG with Rules before what it means is a whole lot of Non-Skill “cheap” things are banned… Including All Shotguns,  Different Attachments, Perks, Lethal & Tactical Grenades, and All Score Streaks ( I was very surprised to see both Shotguns & Score Streaks at UMG10k ). For instance while you can use a Tactical Grenade like a Flashbang you wouldn’t be able to use a Tactical Grenade like a Sensor Grenade because it gives away the enemy’s position. MLG is about determining which Team is the best, using SKILLED Weapons, Tactics/Strategy and Communication, anything that defeats that purpose will be banned (For my Example: You don’t need to communicate where an enemy is if you can see them on your sensor grenade). So, it will be interesting to see how much David Vonderhaar and the boys at Treyarch are willing to comply with MLG’s Rules because right now they only have Tactical Insertion and Grenade Launcher Banned…
